Processing Time

All of our products are made to order. Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days before they are shipped. During holidays, sales, or periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on your:

Shipping destination
Order size and weight
Shipping method selected

StudyMint Therapy does not set a flat shipping rate. Shipping charges are determined by our shipping partners based on your location.

Delivery Times
Delivery times vary depending on your location, the products ordered, and the shipping method selected at checkout. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your shipment. Please note that delivery estimates provided by the carrier are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your package's progress.

Multiple Shipments

If your order contains multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages depending on product availability and fulfillment locations.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order. StudyMint Therapy is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible. While we'll do our best to help, we cannot guarantee changes once production has begun.

Delayed or Lost Packages

While we work with trusted shipping carriers, delivery delays may occasionally occur due to weather, holidays, customs processing, or carrier-related issues that are outside of our control.

If your tracking information has not updated for an extended period or your package appears to be lost, please contact us and we will assist you in working with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.

International Orders

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or other fees required by their country. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.
